I purchased this product to protect the Lifeline Advance from any mold or mildew on the back of the house that stays shaded, the last product I used was a linseed oil and mold was everywhere.. After a heck of a time stripping everything down I am really glad I made this move to permachink products, I have seen no mold issues in 3 years!
