Lifeline Ultra-7

Dear Sir or Madam, I am 65, retired and do not believe I have ever taken the time to write a review, good or bad. However I make this exception for your company. My Father worked as a foreman in a large paint and stain manufacturer, and I worked there to help put myself through college. I only say this to qualify myself as someone who knows stains. My wife and I built our dream retirement log cabin home. After making such a sizable investment, you can be sure I did my homework as to finding the best quality stain on the market. That research led me to your company. I must say how impressed I am with your various products and equally important, the knowledge of every salesperson who answered your phone. Your service was prompt and shipping occurred the day I ordered. The stain went on the logs flawlessly and the results were nothing less than spectacular. It feels like every day someone stops to tell my wife and I just how beautiful the color looks. Our log home should be in your brochures. You should be proud of your sales staff and the product they offer.

This is the third time I'm refinishing the exterior of my home in the last nine years. I finally found a system that is made to seal the wood and keep it beautiful through all seasons and harsh conditions! The south and west sides of my home are exposed to constant wind, sun and weather. The weather would ruin any finish I applied and soon I had leaks, and drafts coming through. Since I resealed the logs and applied Lifeline ultra, my home exterior looks beautiful and continues to keep out wind, rain and hold up to direct sun . I'm very pleased and can't wait to finish the remaining exterior of my home. Thank you for delivering on your promise of a great wood seal system!

We purchased a log cabin that was built in the 70’s and was black and very neglected . After stripping and much needed work , we applied the ultra 7 in the oak color. The results were amazing. Our cabin went from looking like it needed to be tore down and burnt to the most beautiful golden honey color. It looks amazing now, and most people that visit cannot believe it’s the same cabin. Everyone that has seen the before and after think we tore the original cabin down and built a new one. Love this product. It has amazing results.

When we built our home, we used another brand product and was disappointed to find that the gray color we originally used was no longer available. When searching for a replacement, I was given the sales representative number and he was so helpful! I felt he went above and beyond with information and suggestions. We’ve used this on our home’s exterior along with the interior beams because they get a lot of sun exposure. It’s a beautiful pigmented color and easy to apply. Not smelly like normal stains. It’s making our 80s home look new again and we’re confident that it will last for years!

Easily sprayed and excellent coverage in one coat according to instructions. Really makes the house POP.

Nice stuff. I just wish it held up a little longer before needing to be redone, but we are in an area of temperature extremes, so I am not sure there is anything out there that is better. It certainly goes on smoothly. I like the consistency and ease of application.

Your Ultra-7 product is fantastic....I love the ease of application and the durability of this stain. The Advance topcoat is also equally great and 1 coat of topcoat gives the stain a beautiful finished look.

I got free samples from the on-line store to determine my color choice which was really nice, then I found out by simply getting the samples I was a "Loyal Customer" and now I'm not only receiving monthly coupons that have saved me money on my restoration project, I'm also getting access to lots of information each month to help me maintain my home! It took a little work to get used to this stain, but once we did, it looks terrific! Now the neighbors want to know what's on our home, it looks so nice!

Just purchased our Log Home from the bank, and it's been vacant for a lot of years, so lots of work to do on it! The staff at Perma-Chink helped us through the entire process and we finished up with the Ultra 7 and Advance. In 2015, I purchased a 20 year old home with a detached garage. The garage had never received any exterior finish. Last summer I finished the garage following a process of power washing, Osborn brushing, Wood Renew, Lifeline Ultra 7 (Almond), Log End Seal, Perma-Chink (Sandstone), and Gloss Lifeline Advance. The Renew removed most of the gray, but the remaining grey areas were readily masked by the Lifeline 7 Almond stain. The medium shade of the Almond stain and the light colored Sandstone chinking is a great look. Plan to do the same to the house this summer only I will use StripIt to remove the oil based finish first.

I've been using Ultra 2 with Lifeline Advance top coat for 15 years on cedar siding for a house in the mountains of Idaho where the UV exposure is intense at 5000 ft. Just completed a refresh of the sun drenched side of the house using Ultra 7 and love it. Coverage is excellent with one coat and with clear top coat the finish is beautiful. Will be using this system as long as we own this house!

Looks great after a second coat. I put this on with a sprayer and there was a bit of learning curve, but it turned out well once I got a second coat on. It also stains clothes and boots.....lol!

Great product, easy to use, note to self, wear gloves next time I use this, it stuck to my finger nails like you can't believe!!! Other than that, very happy!
