Chink-Paint is an elastomeric, textured coating for renewing or changing the color of log chinking. Chink-Paint is ideal for giving a facelift to your home by brightening the appearance of old, dirty chinking or altering the color of existing chinking. On cosmetic chink joints less than 1/4" deep Chink-Paint can be used to give the home a traditional chinking look. Chink-Paint is available in the same eight colors as Perma-Chink log home sealant.

We were restoring a 90 year old log cabin and this chink paint made the biggest difference! If your chinking is looking stained and old, this is the product for you!

I saved a lot of Money using Chink Paint to refresh my chinking color, I was going to use the chinking again but after speaking with Perma-Chink I was advised to use Chink Paint instead and it turned out great.

After cleaning, repairing, and staining the exterior logs, I painted over the old chinking with Light Gray Chink Paint. Covered everything with Gloss Clear Coat and it looks great! Several neighbors have commented how it really improved the look of the house.

This is a great product! I had Perma Chink originally applied 23 years ago and the color had dulled over time, I was told about Chink Paint from my contractor and now the chinking looks brand new, easy to paint on.
