As a high-volume shipper, we receive preferential rates and pass that savings along to you, as of February 2016 we are offering even better shipping rates. You pay what we pay without any handling fees.
For Freight Truck shipments, we will
request a spot quote from the freight carrier to ensure the best rate.
We will offer free freight on any Retail order of 500 Lbs or more within the
contiguous 48 U.S. states (excluding Glass Media, Blaster Buddy & Kodiak Chink Pump). Please allow up to 7 business days for
delivery. For faster delivery, regular shipping rates will apply.
If you qualified for Free Shipping, your order may be delivered by a large
delivery truck or Ground, at our discretion, depending on the weight of your order. (see below) If you received Free Freight for Customer Loyalty Program or Coupon Code and Return the entire order we reserve the right to Charge the Freight to and from your location along with a 15% restock fee and any additional Coupons used. If the order is refused on Delivery we will Charge Freight to and from your location.
The following is an estimate of delivery times. Once your order is
shipped, its delivery is out of our control. Please plan your project
- Orders of in-stock items received before 12:00 P.M. P.S.T. will typically ship the same
- Domestic orders shipped Ground or Freight Truck shipments will arrive in 1-7 business
days, depending on your proximity to Perma-Chink Systems Inc. store locations.
In remote locations, delivery may be delayed 1-2 days.
- Domestic orders shipped 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air typically arrive
as scheduled, but can not be guaranteed.
- If your order shipped by Ground, Air, or Freight Truck, does not arrive
on time and you place your order online, you may also track it yourself with the tracking information provided in
your Notice of Shipment e-mail.
- Orders to Alaska and Hawaii shipped by U.S. Postal Parcel Post usually arrive
in 5-10 business days and by U.S. Priority Air In 3-5 business days. Note, if shipped by Priority Mail we can track the order, Parcel post has no such option.
- International orders - At this time, we do not offer International orders
received via our Online Store. If you would like to place an international
order, please contact our branch offices at 800-548-1231.
- All delivery times are estimated, and not guaranteed. Once your order
is shipped, its delivery is out of our control. Please plan accordingly.
Delivery by Freight Truck
If you selected shipping by Freight Truck, your order will be delivered
by a large delivery truck. If you qualified for Free Shipping, your order may be
delivered by a large delivery truck or Ground, at our discretion, depending
on the weight of your order. Contact us immediately if your delivery address is
not accessible by a large delivery truck. Freight Truck orders will be
"palletized" and someone must be there to receive it and unload the order from
the Freight Truck. If you are concerned about these requirements,
please contact us immediately and we will arrange another method of shipment.
When You Receive Your Order
Check your order on arrival and notify us immediately of any shipping damage.
If possible, take a photo of the damage and send it to us at
All merchandise ships in approved containers and heavy-duty boxes. Despite our
best efforts, damage in shipping can occur.
Check to see that you have received all of your items. If the wrong
item has been shipped or if your order is incomplete, notify us immediately.
As part of our commitment to customer service, we double check every order
before it ships, but despite our best efforts, errors do occur.
It is important that you notify us immediately of any problems with your
order. PCS will only honor claims for damaged
merchandise or shipping errors (wrong item shipped or short-shipment) for 14
days from date of receipt.
Shipment of Replacement Items
We realize that damaged products or shipping errors on our part can cause
major delays in your project. To minimize the inconvenience, we will make
every effort to replace the products in a timely manner. Usually,
replacement products will be shipped the same day that we are notified by the
same shipping method as the original order (orders originally shipped Ground
may be replaced by 2nd Day Air, etc depending on the issue.).
We realize that a lost order can cause major delays in your project. To
minimize the inconvenience, we will make every effort to track your order and
replace it in a timely manner, if necessary. If a lost order somehow
arrives after the replacement has been shipped, please refuse one or the other
order and the carrier will return it to us.
Free Product Sample
We offer free product samples to facilitate the selection of products and colors by our customers. Free samples are restricted to 1 sample of each product (per color). Once provided, additional requests for product samples may be honored or denied at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse requests from anyone deemed to be abusing our policy.
